We made it - the flight was aweful, bad seats, over an hour longer due to weather and hardly any entertainment. The worst thing was the air-con - it was pumped up so high that I kept waking up with my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth - not great when you have a cold. Anyway - we made it back to L&P's and had a beer before bed - magic! The weather here is overcast and rainy but SOOOO much warmer than NYC.
